1. The Free Slot Play promotion is eligible only at the Terrible’s Primm Valley properties.
2. Free Slot Play with gas receipt for new card sign-ups will run from January 01, 2008 through December 23, 2008 (11:59pm).
3. New member sign-ups can receive up to $20 free slot play if they present a Terrible’s Primm Center, Chevron – Primm location (at Whiskey Pete’s), or a Texaco – Primm location (at Primm Valley) gas receipt at the time of signing up for their new, player’s club card.
4. The date of the gas receipt must be on the same day that the new sign-up is done.
5. A new card or new member constitutes a guest who has never signed up for a Terrible’s or formerly Primm Rewards card before.
6. New accounts with different addresses does not constitute as a new sign-up.
7. If an account with the guest’s social security number already exists in our database, the guest will not be eligible for this promotion.

15. Once the free slot play is added to the guest’s account, the guest is responsible for their own free slot play.
16. The guest is responsible for all applicable taxes of winnings, per the Nevada Gaming Control Board guidelines.
17. If free slot play expires, the remaining balance will be forfeited.
18. Guest points cannot be accumulated off of free slot play.
19. The total amount of free slot play awarded must be played in order to cash out. Any winnings after the entire amount of free slot play is played can be cashed out.

1. Lucky’s Sports Books and Terrible’s Southern Nevada sports books will give away $6,000 in cash each week for 17 weeks of Pro Football season. Over $100,000 guaranteed.
2. Entry into the contest is free. Entrants may be required to show a player’s club card to participate. Entries are limited to one per person per week. Multiple entries disqualify the contestant.
3. The contest will involve selecting the winning team during each week of the Pro Football regular season Sunday and Monday games. The weekly winner(s) will be the contestant(s) selecting every Pro Football game correctly. If there is more than one weekly winner, the prize will be divided equally among all contestants selecting every Pro Football game correctly.
4. If no contestant selects every winning team correctly, the $6,000 cash prize will carry over to the following week and be added to the prize pool for that week.
5. There will be NO point spread on any of the football games. The team that wins the game is the winning selection. In case of a tie, either team selected will count as a win.
6. If no one correctly selects all the games on the final week of the regular season (Week 17), the final week’s prize amount will be divided equally among the contestants selecting the highest number of winners in Week 17.
7. Each week’s selection card may be turned in no earlier than noon each Tuesday at a Lucky’s or Terrible’s Southern Nevada sports book and no later than 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
8. Each week’s selection card will have a computer stub. Select your teams, print carefully your last name and contest number. The computer-generated ticket will be your official record of your selections. Contestant is responsible for checking to make sure the selections, name and contest number appear correctly on the printed ticket. In case of a dispute, you must produce this ticket. The participating properties are not responsible for mismarked stubs.
9. All contestants must be 21 years of age or older.
10. Contestants must register in person. Valid identification must be presented upon registration and upon submitting selections. Weekly picks can be submitted at any Lucky’s or Terrible’s Southern Nevada sports book location.
11. All Lucky’s employees, Terrible’s Southern Nevada race and sports book employees and race and sports book employees of casinos at which Lucky’s operates are not eligible to participate in this contest. All employees of gaming suppliers of Lucky’s are not eligible to participate.
12. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Lucky’s management in a manner deemed by them to be fair to all concerned and that decision shall be final and binding on all entrants. If the patron is not satisfied with the result of Lucky’s decision, they have the option to seek dispute resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
13. Winning tickets may be cashed at any Lucky’s location or Terrible’s Southern Nevada sports book location or mailed in for redemption. Winning tickets are void after 120 days. Please see reverse side of ticket for mail-in information.
